Installation


Step 1 WordPress installation

To install this theme, you must have a working version of WordPress already installed on your server. WordPress is well-known for its ease of installation. https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing.WordPress. Please visit this link for installing WordPress.

Step 2 Installation Through Dashboard (Easy)

  1. Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Go to Appearance->Themes.
  3. Click on Add New Button.
  4. Search Arise
  5. Click on Install tab and Activate it
  6. Now your Arise theme is ready to Use

Step 3 Manual Installation using FTP (Advanced)

Header Setup


Step 1 Upload Header Image & Information

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise WordPress Settings > Header Image > Upload Header Image Set Header Image Set Header Image

Step 2 Upload Logo/ Fav Icon/ Web Icon

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise WordPress Settings > Site Title & Logo Options > Upload Site Icon & Site Logo

Step 3 Setup Menu

  1. Go To Apperance > Menu
  2. Create a new menu by clicking on create a new menu
  3. Add your menu items as pages/ Category/ Custom Url in left side menu
  4. Choose "Main Menu" from below Checkbox

Step 4 Setup Social Icons

  1. Go To Apperance > Menu
  2. Create a new menu by clicking on create a new menu
  3. Add your menu items as Custom Url in left side menu
  4. Choose "Add Social Icons Only" from below Checkbox

Step 5 Setup Top Information/ Footer Menu

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Drag TF: Contact Us widget at Display Contact Info at Header/ Footer Column 4 Sidebar Top Contact Information Footer Contact Information

Importing the Demo Content


  1. Unzip arise.zip xml file
  2. Click Tools > Import
  3. Click WordPress import at the bottom of the list
  4. Install the WordPress Importer plugin if prompted and then activate plugin & run importer
  5. Click Browse and locate the arise.xml file located in the Demo folder of the download package.
  6. Click Upload file and import
  7. Select Author Options and download import file attachments
  8. Click Submit

Once you have imported the demo content you will need to go appearance > menus and save the imported menu as the primary menu.

You can also use many Export/ Import plugins as All-in-One WP Migration or Duplicator and many more plugins available in WordPress.org

Setup Frontpage/ Blog as in Demo using Corporate Template

    1. Go to Dashboard > Pages > Add new
    2. Create Home & Blog Page
    3. choose Corporate Template from Template drop down as shown in screenshot.

  2. Go to Settings > Reading and select Front page displays > A static page (select "Home") & Posts page ( "Blog")

Setup Our Features

Create a feature page from Dashboard > Pages > Add New Add Title, Content & Featured Image Featured Image After creating pages Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise Theme Options > Our frontpage Features > Select Feature page just now you have created Frontpage Features

Setup Video Widgets

  1. Go to Dashboard > Pages > Add new
  2. Create Video Page
  3. Add Video Iframe code. You can use iframe code of youtube as well as vimeo
  4. Click on publish

Setup Other Section of Frontpage

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Drag TF: FP Blog Widget, TF: FP Parallax, TF: FP Portfolio Widget, TF: FP Testimonial & TF: FP Video Widget at Front Page Section Sidebar

Custom CSS

You can add your custom CSS that will overwrite the theme CSS. Go to dashboard >appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Slider Setting


  1. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise Slider Options > Slider Settings
  2. To enable slider, select Frontpage or Entire Site option under Enable Slider
  3. Add Secondary Button & Url
  4. Again go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise Slider Options > Display page Slider
  5. Select your page in page slider #
  6. Click on Save & Publish

Layout Options


  1. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise Theme Options > Layout Options
  2. Select responsive layout on/off
  3. Select slidebar layout to display your sidebar
  4. Select Blog Image display layout to view in large or medium image display
  5. Disable Entry Format from Blog Page
  6. Disable Entry meta from Blog Page
  7. Set your design layout as fullwidth or boxed or small boxed layout

Arise Options


  1. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Arise Theme Options > Arise Options
  2. Check to disable Top Bar
  3. Check to disable headerline from Slider
  4. Check to disable Search Form
  5. Check to disable Stick Menu
  6. Check to disable Goto Top
  7. Click on Save & Publish

Set Contact page


  1. Go to Dashboard > pages > Add New
  2. Add all your google iframe code in your editor
  3. Select Contact Template from rightside of the page
  4. Click on Update/Publish

To add Contact Information Shortcode to display Contact Form 7

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Drag Text Widget to > Shortcode for Contact page sidebar & Add Shortcode

To add Contact Information at sidebar Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Drag TF: Contact Us Widget > Contact page sidebar & fill the contact information
