All our WordPress Themes/Plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. You can use our theme on as many websites as you like but Support and update of Plus version is limited.
Personal Plan: Site license will be provided for automatic update and support. No restriction to use any feature for client and can use on as many websites as you like.
Business Plan: Five license will be provided for automatic update and support. No restriction to use any feature for client and can use on as many websites as you like.
Developer Plan: Unlimited Site license will be provided for automatic update and support.
All our Themes/Plugins comes with 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the Themes/Plugins, updates and get support access for only one years from the date of purchase. After one year, you need to renew your subscription to get Premium support forum access but this is an optional. With the purchase of single license you can use Themes/Plugins on as many site as you like but the support will be provided for only one site.
ThemeFreesia does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these Themes/Plugins in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. We guaranteed that our Themes/Plugins will run on latest version of WordPress.
Themes/Plugins Updates will be only available for active members who have made the purchase of single license and subscription renewal. Our Themes/Plugins are updated to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Please make sure that you always use the most current version of our themes.
We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plug-ins or web browsers.Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 9+.
Themes/Plugins Support means not making the code customization or heavy changes for additional features but is about helping you to install, configure and adjust your Themes/Plugins, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. We cannot provide support for any other third party plugins or scripts and also for WordPress itself. You should not expect any Code Customization for functionality which is not provided within Themes/Plugins. Forum questions via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means will not be replied. Support Forum is the most best place to keep track of all your questions. All sales are final and since products are digital, no refunds will be provided. We do not refund after the Themes/Plugins purchase is made, which you are responsible for while buying products. We will only refund in minor cases if the Themes/Plugins does not work or not installed in the server which is a very rare case. We will check it from our end and if it doesn’t work on your server then only a refund is done.
